1.Can this person do the job ?
(Which Means a particular job or project or in a particular Department)
2.Will This Person Be able do the job
(Which Means enthusiasm ,energy, integrity & skills,stress handling)

Why people dont get jobs or not hired

Well there will be 1000 Reasons.......Few are here
1.Trying to get any job thats available No interest in company or industry
2.Applying To any jobs seen or known .Wants job for short time.
3.Poor Personal Appearance ,Poor hand Shake and greetings, Lack of enthusiasm ,Showing No intrest in offered jobs
4.Over Emphasis on Salary & Perks
5.Critisizing Previous Company or boss
6.Unwillingness to travel or relocate to employers preferences
7.Asking no question or poor questions about job
8.Vague or indefinite response to questions .Inability to express self clearly
9.Poor voice,Poor Expressions,Poor Language command, grammer
10 Expects too much too soon.
11.Over Aggressive, & behaving with superiority or "I know everything kind of all complex
12 Inability to take criticism.
13Intolerant: strong prejudices.Lack of maturity & tacts
14.Self-conscious about putting forward their skills and talents.
15.People take job selection process very casually
